house to deliver the articles toady at 7pm...why 7pm????

a few thoughts

if senate votes to not take up trial then the massive evidence trumps side has will never be seen and then democrats can continue their bs of lies and misdirects

question is how do you impeach a president from office if he or she is not in office?

but if they do have a trial, on the 2 charges it will make for good cspan watching.
video of trump not inciting riots will kill the argument he did, followed by the endless video of capitol police opening the SECURE lock doors (magnetically locked and cannot be forced open easily at all from outside, they had to be opened from inside.) to the capitol, plus the videos of police taking selfies with so called rioters, and leading them around the building. this is just for starters.

2nd charge was lying to public about election fraud. OMG his team has tons of information and VIDEO evidence of actual voter issues with votes being counted when everyone was told to go home? the GA senate had video presented at a public hearing and was damming as heck. suitcases rolled in before counts started and magically they got rolled out to be counted once all the counters left and the 3 STAFF came back in and started counting. this is just one HARD piece of evidence. not to mention PA, AZ and GA have in the last few days admitted thier was voter issues and possible fraud.
senate and dems do not want this evidence presented. but not sure how they can refuse trumps attorneys the right to present evidence. and this evidence will prove the election was stolen.
then a report also stated the senate wanted to hold trial out of public view??? :hand:

it shall be interesting.

This whole thing is a charade to punish Trump for having the audacity, to win an election that they were so sure would be won by FeloniaVonPantsuit.

They had MSM, Social Media, Big Tech, and everyone else on their side and still lost. He then further pissed them off, by doing exactly what he said he would do.

That's why they made sure that the "election" was controlled by them and their minions, with assistance from silent RINOS.

This "impeachment", has no more merit that the first one. But this is to try to send a message to anyone who dares go against Status Quo.

If the Dems are successful, there will be no political solution left with which to control their power grab and destruction of our Republic.

will prove to be interesting watching, lots of precedents and lots of harm to the union if trumps team is silenced or senate ignores real truth.

Forgive me when I say this will be anything but interesting. This will be another kangaroo court, pontificating for the brainwashed, woke idiots. They will rehash everything they tried to pin on Trump for the last four years, while wasting tax payer money, to push for things like censorship, “reprogramming” Trump supporters, and making it a crime to disagree with your “betters”. JMHO

I read a very interesting legal analysis that said the best action Trump could take would be to completely ignore it. He should not attend, not send lawyers, and not present any type of defense. Make it a one sided trial as if it were being done "in absentia". The next step is that he would sue if anyone tried to take any action against him, such as stop him from running for office. Of course, he would have to run for an office to do that.

The point is that he has no obligation to answer any unconstitutional acts, and the impeachment is such. There is no constitutional authority to impeach a former officer. The constitution specifically says that the punishment is to remove a person from office, which can't be done if he is no longer in office. He would be able to show that they knew it was not a legal trial since it would have someone other than the Chief Justice presiding and that is required for a trial of the president. If they have Harris or anyone else preside (like they are talking about now), it shows they knew he was not in office which means they can't impeach him.

I support this, just to see the shock on their faces when he ignores them.

And when the Senate fails to convict (assuming that not enough Repukicans vote with the socialists) the street mobs will be unleashed for more burning, looting and killing....sorry I meant “peaceful protesting.”
