I believe that would be up to the establishment. With all of that being said, it is difficult to eat/drink with something obstructing your mouth.

There are some who come to breakfast and remove their mask only to eat/drink, and then return to wearing it for general conversation.

Others have worn it into the restaurant as requested by the establishment (based on the executive order issued by Governor Abbott), and then they remove it when they get to the table. They only put the mask back on when it comes time to leave.

I do not know what the requirements of Rudy's is going to be after wednesday. If they request folks wear masks in order to enter the building, I have no issue complying with their wishes on their property. They DO make some decent breakfast tacos.
