While not actually packaged incorrectly, when I bought my CZ's I ordered an extra mag for each one. the 18 round mag for my SP-01 was marked 9mm on one side and .40 s&w on the other, when I first opened it, I thought they had sent the wrong mag.
But it works fine.

Yeah, this could never happen with any other manufacturer.
It could definitely happen with Ruger. While Ruger is one of my favorite brands, magazine compatibility between models seems like a foreign concept to them.
