I've had someone tell me that they just keep a photo of their tax stamp on their phone, but that would also mean surrendering control over your phone to a federal official who ISN'T questioning you because he wants to play patticakes with you. DON'T. DO. IT. Use a photocopy of the form. I had mine reduced in size to 5.5”x8.5” and laminated. It’s still legible, and is more portable that way, while being protected from scuffing, etc.
