The majority of the board are allied with LaPierre, Cotton and the rest of the leadership. Nothing will change at the annual Wayne inauguration being held in Houston this year.

I'm probably missing something but it sure sounds like Ollie North was on to something when he was ousted. I wonder why he didn't make more noise when he was president. On the other hand, I'm probably a bit slow on the uptake and this has already been well understood and discussed...

NRA keeps calling me for funds and I keep telling them don’t call me again until Wayne is gone!

I read the article and was disgusted by it.

The actions of their president -- who we know well -- ruling uncomplimentary resolutions as "out of order", suggest that the NRA has become an organization dedicated to the enrichment and entertainment of its officers and board, and only tangentially interested in its membership or 2A issues generally. They seem to be acting on the assumption that there is no credible organization that can replace them.

They won't be getting any more of my money. I'm looking for someplace else to send it.

You may want to look at https://www.gunowners.org/

I have joined GOA and have gone to a few local events and was pretty happy with what they had to say and what they are doing.
