Looks like the way it is written, they are doing away with licensing as far as 30.06/07 signage restrictions go and making the signs applicable to everybody.

It also fixes the 30.06 deficiency by requiring signs to be posted at each entrance, which makes it more in line with the 30.07 requirement.

There are two flaws I see with the bill. I appreciate that they took churches out of the list of prohibited places, but they also made hospitals and amusement parks prohibited again without the need to have signs. Unless I missed something in my quick read through just now. I am also a little puzzled by what is left in 46.02 to be a class C misdemeanor.
