It also fixes the 30.06 deficiency by requiring signs to be posted at each entrance, which makes it more in line with the 30.07 requirement.

There are two flaws I see with the bill. I appreciate that they took churches out of the list of prohibited places, but they also made hospitals and amusement parks prohibited again without the need to have signs. Unless I missed something in my quick read through just now. I am also a little puzzled by what is left in 46.02 to be a class C misdemeanor.
