I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this or not, but please review this article from the Gateway Pundit: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/0 ... un-rights/

They can't take them if we refuse to give them up! The time is going to come when we separate the true patriots from the posers. When our government ceases to work for the people and instead attempts to rule over us, it is time to take up arms.

Just my two cents, but what can be accomplished, by protesting a Presidential election, in Washington DC, by surrounding a building in Austin, Texas?
We do need to make sure that our State reps know that we want them to resist any efforts from Washington, to infringe on our 2A rights, but I don’t believe showing up enmass, carrying AR-15s will help accomplish our goal. JMHO

I think the best advice I can give is this; don't let the method of your message, eclipse the message itself.
If all that is being reported/remembered is WHAT you are doing, instead of WHY you are doing it, you have failed to communicate effectively.
If the goal is to communicate to our state legislature that we want them to resist 2A infringements, exercising our first amendment to speak is going to be more effective. You are not going to influence people on the fence to your side, by showing up en masse wearing tactical gear, especially after what happened in DC. On the contrary, you will likely push potential allies away.
Just my 2 cents.

Our "representatives" have stopped representing us long ago. So what do we do if they don't listen to our peaceful protests and continue to violate our rights? Where do we draw the line? Because that is where we are at.Jusme wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 9:25 pm Just my two cents, but what can be accomplished, by protesting a Presidential election, in Washington DC, by surrounding a building in Austin, Texas?

When running campaigns for state senate and state representative, there are 2 types people that will attract their attention;03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 9:32 pmOur "representatives" have stopped representing us long ago. That would be correct if it weren't for the leftists cheating on the election and getting away with it. You can run anyone you want and the deep state will now pick the winners from here on out.Flightmare wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 9:41 pmWhen running campaigns for state senate and state representative, there are 2 types people that will attract their attention;03Lightningrocks wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 9:32 pmOur "representatives" have stopped representing us long ago. JMHOBoth of these are invaluable to campaigns in order for the elected official to maintain their position. As a result, people that fall into one of those groups tend to have the ear of said elected officials. If you are wanting to influence your representatives more, I would encourage you to get involved around election time. If you are unhappy with your current representatives, you might encourage someone to run against them next election.

This will be a trap set forth by the socialist scum to further strip away the rights we still enjoy, such as 2A in states like Texas. Like it or not, the enemy controls the narrative, at least for now. They’ve been studying us long and hard for quite some time and they know precisely what will get your blood boiling. Showing up at any capitol tacked out, or coming across as threatening in any shape or form will serve only to enemy’s advantage at this point. Right now is time for sober thinking and strategic forward planning. Again, do not fall into the trap they are staging.

It’s a trap, a setup by the forces of evil to draw out the people who are not going to concede the country to the communists.remanifest wrote: ↑Mon Jan 11, 2021 7:44 pm I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this or not, but please review this article from the Gateway Pundit: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/0 ... un-rights/
