The ATF has yanked 122 federal firearms licenses from dealers this fiscal year alone.

The Biden administration is reported to be also eyeing new regulatory powers that would redefine who is required to possess an FFL to sell guns — a move that could clamp down on nearly all private gun sales.

P.S. The ATF considers five violations of firearms law as worthy of instant FFL revocation, according to the National Shooting Sports Foundation. These include offenses such as refusing to permit an ATF inspection or selling a firearm to a prohibited person, such as a drug addict or felon, like Hunter Biden. :naughty:

ATF Experts Show Shocking Lack of Firearms Knowledge on National TV

Mr. Bort struggled to remove the slide from a Glock. He then couldn’t get another slide on another Glock-style pistol. Glock pistols are the most popular pistols in the world. They are known for how simple they are to break down. For an ATF firearms “expert” to struggle and eventually give up on taking off the slide is concerning since these are the ATF employees making determinations that could land a person in prison.
