The bump stock ban has been covered in this thread, so here's an update. ATF is conducting a multi-day audit of Central Texas Gunworks, owned by Michael Cargill. Cargill successfully challenged the bump stock rule.

"Day 4 with ATF agents conducting a full audit/inspection at Central Texas Gun Works. The worse thing they found so far was 2 customers spelled AUSTIN wrong on the 4473 out of 13,000 transactions."

Since the NRA wasn't allowed to tag onto one of the other lawsuits, it looks like they have finally decided to file suit and start representing some of their members. It's either about time, or too little too late. YMMV

Ho hum....NRA throwing even more money at Brewer after wasting more money trying to get added to a lawsuit that had already been ruled upon by the judge.

Gents,

I just noticed this in the news today!

Are those of us that aren't NRA members subject to the pistol brace rule?

When the penalty is the same for an unregistered braced pistol/SBR, and for a bump stock, and for an actual machine gun, well...

From the linked article:
The decision puts NRA members under the same legal umbrella employed for members of the Second Amendment Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, and Gun Owners of America through previous rulings.
If you’re a member of one of these groups, including the NRA, you are exempt.
