This is one federal judge in one division (Fort Worth Division, Northern District of Texas), but I predict it won't go any better for ATF's case under any panel or en banc federal court in the 5th Circuit.

Short version: the judge slapped down ATF's new rule and issued an injunction because of irreparable harm to Tactical Machining, Inc.
