Not that this will ever go anywhere.

New Bill to remove SBR, from NFA act. Thereby eliminating the need to figure out if a pistol brace makes a pistol, a SBR..

I agree with the author, not a snowflake's chance in hell, of this seeing the light of day. But it does give us something to push for.

Considering the Republicans had all three branches of government during Trump's first 2 years and didn't get the Hear Protection Act passed, this has zero chance, but it would be awesome if it did.
Why is it so hard for politicians to understand "shall not be infringed?"

So much this…..and just ONE reason why I have lost all confidence in the national GOP. It should have been a no-brainer to point out the ease with which one can obtain a suppressor in Europe—the land which meets or exceeds the gun-grabbers' most succulent dreams. A simple video showing that suppressors still produce noises WELL above 120 decibels should be enough to expose to ridicule even the most deceitful liars on their side.

There is a new effort to disband the ATF. Not the first time that has been tried either but one can only hope for success:

I have heard about that. One commenter noted that the proposed bill would move the enforcement handled by the ATF to the FBI. He said that coild be a very bad thing as the ATF claims they are under funded and the FBI is not. Plus the FBI already has established field offices and would be more present than the ATF.

Defund the police?

Absolutely. Start with the FBI, DEA, ATF, and any agency that falls under DHS.

Any state LE agency that depends on federal funding better learn to live without it.

If Chipman is confirmed, we'll be lucky if we see only one new regulation a week from ATF. David Chipman, one of the Waco murderers of 80 men, women, and children is absolutely opposed to citizens owning guns. Period. You can count on his "interpretation" of existing laws being the strictest and with extreme efforts at enforcement. I'm sure you've voiced your opposition to our senators, but if not, please do it today!
