Re: NRA Lawsuit
Not related to the lawsuit, but I feel it's relevant to the conversation. Brownell's held a 2nd Amendment event on 2/22/23. https://onlygunsandmoney.com/2023/02/20/brownells-second-annual-2a-day.html As part of the celebration they will be donating $22,222 to the Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Own...

A Closer Look at the Pivotal Bruen Decision
A Closer Look at the Pivotal Bruen Decision https://survivalblog.com/2023/02/22/closer-look-pivotal-bruen-decision/ James Wesley Rawles looks at the Bruen decision and also covers the impact of the decision in West Virginia vs EPA. My take: 1. Bruen should be cause to strike down the NFA, GCA and mo...

Re: NRA Lawsuit
Seems as though the NRA has a Cotton-patch license. Course, might be some briars in that Cotton patch. Timely comment, sir! Deposition of Charles Cotton Well, this is a deposition that I'm going to read in full to see what is in opposition to what was said on the other forum. Hopefully he...

Yet Another LaPierre Deposition https://nraindanger.wordpress.com/2023/02/06/yet-another-lapierre-deposition/ This looks like the first of them, in the bankruptcy case. Millie Hallow billed her son’s wedding to NRA via her AMEX card. Tony Macarench and Josh Powell told him this. He knew they didn’t ...

Re: NRA Lawsuit
How many of the people in "that other forum" would be less supportive of NRA/LaPierre/Cotton if they took the time to read these depositions?
A publicly held company that did business like the NRA would have all of its leadership and board fighting to stay out of jail.

Deposition of John Frazer-Part One https://nraindanger.wordpress.com/2023/02/01/deposition-of-john-frazer-2/ Mrs. LaPierre vacationed on McKenzie’s yacht when LaPierre himself was not on the trip. “The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. … Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarm...
