Just heard on the radio, Allen West is leaving his post as head of the Republican party in Texas. Rumor is he will run for governor. Part of me was hoping he would do this, the other part was hoping he would stay as the head of the party and clean out the rinos.

Speeding is breaking the law; it's a Class C misdemeanor. You can't shoot someone for speeding. If I hold you hostage by preventing your free movement in a public space and you hit me, you get charged. At least that's what happens in Plano. Do you typically punch/shoot your way out of traffic jams?...

If the rioters were breaking the law, how can an action against them be against the law? Seems to me that all those there should be tracked down and charged with a crime before you level assault charges on this guy.

Maybe I'm just reading into it but he did say the rioter didn't point the gun until the driver tried to swipe the phone or whatever he was hitting out of the woman's hand.

That city council man should be ashamed but he's a politician so I know he's incapable. Blaming the big guy for getting mad at the rioters.

WTF is a legal observer? Just a disguise to participate without any side effects?
