My understanding is that the voluntary bankruptcy filing allows them to move the venue to Texas, where they hope to find a sympathetic judge.

I'm very happy with my Boker Kalashnikov. Carry it right side in my 5.11 knife pocket, keeping the clip on the outside. I can draw and open very quickly. The nice thing is I can always get to it even if holding something in the left hand.

I just use New Posts. I make sure I log out after finished reading. Then next login, just select New Posts, and anything that happened since last logout shows up. Rinse, repeat :)

Last I looked, Apple and Google were private companies and are not beholden to 1A, they can do as they please. Maybe they should be subject to Article 230, but that's a different discussion.

Recall, if a baker can choose who to make a cake for, they should have the same options.

I don't have a problem with HR 121. And with HR 167, I never understood why someone would go to the trouble to sell privately at a gun show like walking around with a sign. And if you're renting a table and selling multiple guns, you need to be a FFL. What am I missing here? And you know what, if th...

Nice to see everyone again. Thanks for doing this, Russell. TCHLF always had the best and most reliable advice for LTCers, and I hope the tradition can continue here.
