Re: new to cc, love this idea
Welcome to the forum kpflounder!! As others have said, printing is a non issue, since OC became law. The 3006 web site is an amazing resource, and as others have mentioned, if you happen to run across an establishment that is posted, and not on the web site, please add it. Also don’t be nervous that...

Re: Link to Texas Legislature bills filed for 2021 - Weapons
If I am reading this correctly, this may be one of my favorite bills filed in the senate this session; https://capitol.texas.gov/tlodocs/87R/billtext/html/SB00546I.htm I will need to finish my coffee, but isn't this exactly what we have been pushing for? Basically, that LTC is legal, wherever alcoh...

Re: Link to Texas Legislature bills filed for 2021 - Weapons

As far as the jacket scenario, as long as it’s in the holster, you’re good, through the exception clause. This one seems clear to me. Even the open carry law, should be amended to say...

Re: Link to Texas Legislature bills filed for 2021 - Weapons
Senator Drew Springer filed his version of constitutional carry today. https://capitol.texas.gov/tlodocs/87R/billtext/html/SB00540I.htm I do have an issue with one section that is being added to it. (a-2) A person commits an offense if the person carries a handgun on or about their person, and inte...

Re: Kimber's VP is a Butter
He’s no longer with Kimber and in the article there’s a “ The views expressed in his column are entirely his and do not necessarily reflect the views of Kimber.” blah blah blah statement. He has every right to his opinion, whether still with Kimber, or not. The problem is that a lot of uninformed p...
