Re: ATF powerpoint parody on firearms (funny but true)

Hehe... I think they got something wrong, though. That 14.5" barrel AR pistol with a front vertical grip should be a "firearm," no? I thought it was supposed to be an AOW only if the OAL is < 26 inches. An AR with a barrel that long would be well over 26 inches. It's so simple🤪 You’r...

Re: Glock 43 magazines packaged incorrectly

A tale my brother told me some years ago: When he was stationed at Key West, he oversaw the base shooting range. They had some arrangement with local law enforcement to do qualifications on the Navy range. One officer came in for his annual qualification with his 9mm and a .380 BUG, just as he had d...

What fans did you end up with? I rarely lose power, but it’s usually warm and humid when I do. Some fans to move the air would be a welcome addition.

Re: SBR, NFA and Trusts

Since the tax stamp can take such a long time, I’d suggest starting the build out as a pistol. That way you can actually get some use out of it while you’re waiting.

Right there is why we need a wall but, please put it around California.
At this point, I’d settle for a wall all the way around Texas.

Re: Anyone else buying guns, or ammo with stimulus check?

I wanted to invest in another gun, but it would have just ended up at the bottom of some lake.

Re: State Leadership(or lack thereof)

Further more, I think he has been a friendly voice for gun owners over all. https://www.kcbd.com/2021/02/09/gov-greg-abbott-positions-texas-second-amendment-sanctuary-state/ In his State of the State address last week, Gov. Greg Abbott said, “Texas must be a Second Amendment sanctuary state.” If he...

Re: Winter weather 2021

I witnessed a truck with a rope over the tailgate, tied to a flat bottom boat, pulling their kids down the snow covered road. I honestly don't know if this is genious and I'm jealous, or if I was appalled at the stupidity of some people. Little help here. Cuz that kinda sounds fun?? We did somethin...

Re: Deliberately uncover a firearm if being harassed?

Hello! Forgive me if this has been asked before.. If I am in legal concealed carry, and find myself being verbally harassed in public, what are the legal ramifications of intentionally revealing my firearm? Not touching it, or saying anything threatening but just casually moving my jacket aside, wh...

87th Legislature Committee Assignments

It looks like the Senate committee assignments have been made and published. Does anyone know how long it usually takes before the House announces committee assignments? It looks like the House will be ‘working’ today, but the Senate is done for the next 2 weeks. House: Recessed until Wed, Jan 27, 2...
