I am unaware of any LTC being "arrested" in general for violation of 30.06 or 30.07. It would be an interesting open records request to check how many tickets were issued since the new change went into effect.

Unfortunately, I had a server at work crater last night. I just finished building it's replacement and dropping it off at fedex for morning arrival. So my morning will be spent walking a (likely) computer illiterate person thru swapping out a server.
