Re: DemocRats introduce legislation to ban suppressors!!

Has anyone in the US been killed by a gun with a silencer in recent times? I can think of one: DeWayne Craddock, 2019 Virginia Beach municipal shooter, killed 12 people using a suppressor-equipped handgun. I haven't seen evidence that Craddock's silencer was legal and registered. It was definitely ...

Re: C'Mon Texas!! We shouldn't be the last State to do this!!

The latest claims I heard on the radio a couple days ago by one of the police groups was that they are claiming a Constitutional Carry law, if passed, would threaten the License To Carry program. I am unaware of any such thing and thought it was a shameless attempt (and possibly an outright lie) to...

Yeah, this could never happen with any other manufacturer.
It could definitely happen with Ruger. While Ruger is one of my favorite brands, magazine compatibility between models seems like a foreign concept to them.

Re: Man killed while resisting arrest in Minneapolis was a criminal

Here's some food for thought... What about robbery of woman with gun. How many other crimes has he gotten away that he didn't get caught at. He was in a car with other like minded thugs AND he ran. He's a thug. Don't paint him up to be a good ol boy and highest in his class or a choir boy. He was s...

Re: CHL forum offline again?

I just remembered! I can actually say that I was banned from TexasCHLForum.com!!! Before I joined I lurked for a few months just reading posts, but not paying too much attention to user names, moderators etc. When I joined, I used a moniker, that I has used on a SASS forum. "Cotton D. Crossfir...

Re: Man killed while resisting arrest in Minneapolis was a criminal

He had a misdemeanor warrant.

Resisting arrest in MN is a misdemeanor.

Nothing in this case justifies shooting him, which is why both the chief and the officer resigned, and the officer has been charged with 2nd Degree Manslaughter.

Re: CA Senate Bill to reduce nonviolent robberies to misdemeanors

I don't see how any robbery can be non violent. Ask the IRS, or any other taxing collecting agency. Government has (for the most part) managed to rob the public with very little physical violence. But the threat of violence is always there. Every penny of taxation is collected at gunpoint. If you d...

Re: a come to Jesus talk with neighbor an hour ago

Everyone north of the Mason-Dixon line is a damn yankee. The Mason-Dixon line is pretty far north. Being from Arkansas, I always thought of Virginia and DC as "northern", and Maryland was definitely northern! But despite my upbringing, I was surprised when I drove to New Jersey once for a...
